JARROD DAVIES
Senior Pastor
Hey Everyone! I’m married to the beautiful Kelly, and together we have four children ranging from 6-13 in age. My background is in education, having been a Physical Education teacher, and later Chaplain, over the past 20 years. I’m passionate about the good news of Jesus, and sharing the message of God’s grace. I love God’s Word, the Bible and believe it is powerful and useful for today’s world. In my spare time, I enjoy drinking coffee, playing sport with my kids, and following North Melbourne (actually that’s not that enjoyable at the moment...). It is my hope that this church will continue to be one which loves God deeply and loves our neighbour as ourselves!
NAT GILBERT
Chair of Leadership Team
Nat lives in Maidstone with his family and has been a member of Footscray Church of Christ for a number of years. Passionate about Jesus, justice and helping organisations be the best they can be.
DOMINIQUE EMERY
Leadership Team Member
Dominique has been a member of the church since 2009, and on the leadership team since 2017. An experienced communicator with a background in biblical teaching and editing, Dominique regularly preaches at Footscray Church of Christ and is part of the Sunday morning program team. She works for an environmentally-focused social enterprise based in the inner west of Melbourne, lives in Footscray with her family, and is a fan of cryptic crosswords.
SIMON BOYD
Along with his young family, Simon has lived, worked and worshipped in Melbourne's west for 10 years. He is passionate about mental health and demonstrating God's unconditional love through his work. He values connectedness and community, and enjoys regularly gloating about Hawthorn's unrivalled dynasty.

ALISON JACKEL
Alison is married to Murray and has three adult children and one grandson. She has been a member of Footscray Church of Christ for quite a few decades and loves the way the church expresses the love of Jesus both in the church community and beyond.

KEVIN MORTON
Kev has been coming to Footscray CoC for about 20 years. He lives in Aberfeldie with his wife and
their teenage son. He works for a large Not For Profit community services organization and loves to see the church reaching out into the local community with Gods love and grace. He enjoys coffee, trying to keep fit, watching the mighty Tigers (especially the last 4
years), holidays in the bush and spending time with his family.

SARAH VAN REE
Sarah joined FCOC in 2010 and continues to be inspired by the genuine, authentic and loving expressions of faith by the diverse community. She believes strongly in community development and accessibility of practical and mental health support for all. Sarah and her family enjoy exploring the Kororoit Creek.

Virginia connected with Footscray Church of Christ in 2013. She's passionate about her work in the community and loves reading, learning, music-making, adventuring & being out in creation. She also loves living in Melbourne's wonderful west with her husband, 2 small daughters, dog & 3 chooks.
VIRGINIA MOEBUS NELSON
Leadership Team Member
Treena moved to Melbourne in 2014 from Manila in the Philippines. She has been a full time mum until she began working for the church in December 2021. Her background is in customer service, events, advertising and marketing, with experience also in administration and management.
She loves meeting people and has been enjoying being a part of the FCOC team.
